Monday, November 14, 2022 - Ahead of the G20 Summit held on November 15-16, 2022, the Deputy Prime Minister of Congo paid a visit to TPST Samtaku Jimbaran. The visit began with an explanation of the contribution made by TPST Samtaku Jimbaran to overcome the problem of waste in Bali. The presentation was delivered by the director of Sustainability, Carla Tanaka.
The central government and also the head of the Badung Regency DLH Service also attended the visit together with the Deputy Prime Minister of Congo. The government also gave an explanation about the condition of waste management in Indonesia and also in Bali. The Congolese Deputy Prime Minister also explained a little about the garbage situation in the country.
After the explanation on the waste situation, the Deputy Prime Minister of Congo was also given the opportunity to look at the waste management products of TPST Samtaku Jimbaran, such as: biochar, liquid smoke, RDF, activated carbon, etc. The Congolese Deputy Prime Minister also gained knowledge regarding the processes that produce these products.
At the end of the visit, the Deputy Prime Minister of Congo saw firsthand the waste management facility of TPST Samtaku Jimbaran.
